The H2B Cap - H2B visas are used up more quickly each year
SOLUTION – File as soon as possible – 120 days before commencement of work is the outside limit!
- The H2B program has a yearly cap of 66,000 visas.
- The USCIS fiscal year begins October 1 and ends September 30th.
- The H2B visas are split into two time periods. 33,000 visas from October-April & 33,000 visas from April-October of each Fiscal Year.
